Haver & Boecker has developed a special eyebolt as an alternative to the regular clevis screw. It can be used for flat tension profiles for solid wire meshes, whereas the connection to the tension profile remains almost invisible.
The tensioning bolt is attached to the back of the flat tension profile. Only the head of the countersunk bolt remains visible. This system can mainly be used for horizontal tensioning, thus it is means it is best suited for ceiling applications.
The length of the threaded bolt can be adjusted to the requirements for each project. It enables to minimze the distance between the leg of the flat tension profile and the substructure - especially comparing it to the conventional clevis screw.
